Do you accept cancellations or changes after I place an order?
Because our products are made-to-order, production begins very soon after your order is placed. We allow a 2-hour window after checkout to request cancellations or changes. Please email us at hello@thesoftreign.com within this time and we’ll do our best to update your order.
After the 2-hour window, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations, as production may already be underway.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a smooth, secure checkout.
Can I buy a journal as a gift?
Yes! Our digital journals make thoughtful instant gifts — you can forward the file directly or print the pages yourself to create a personal gift. Physical products also make beautiful presents and will arrive in our intentional, minimalist packaging.

For orders under this amount, flat-rate shipping applies:

When will I receive my order?
Digital products (like our self-love journals) are delivered instantly. Your secure download link appears on the order confirmation page and is also emailed to you within minutes.
Physical products (candles, wall art, totes, phone cases, apparel, and physical journals) are made-to-order and shipped with tracking. Delivery times vary by location:
United Kingdom: 7–12 days
United States: 7–21 days
Rest of World: 10–25 days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — The Soft Reign offers tracked delivery to select international destinations. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, United Arab Emirates, Netherlands, Germany, France, Sweden, Ireland, and New Zealand.
Free shipping is available on orders over £50 / $60 for all of these destinations.
Will my order arrive together?
Not always. As our products are crafted and shipped by specialist partners, items may arrive in separate parcels. This allows us to send each item as soon as it is ready, rather than waiting for the entire order.
What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
First, check your tracking link for updates. If your order is marked delivered but hasn’t reached you, please check with neighbours or your local courier. For international orders, customs may sometimes cause delays. If you still haven’t received your order, email us at hello@thesoftreign.com and we’ll be happy to help.
Digital Products
How will I receive my digital journal?
Your digital journal will be available instantly after checkout. You’ll see a download link on your order confirmation page and receive an email with the link within minutes. If you’d like a physical copy, you can print the pages yourself at home.
Do I need special software to use the digital journals?
You can open the files on any device. For interactive features, we recommend apps like GoodNotes or Notability on iPad/Tablet, or Adobe Acrobat on desktop.
Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are made-to-order, returns and exchanges are limited:
Digital downloads: Non-refundable once purchased, as files are delivered instantly.
Physical items: We only accept returns or replacements if the product is defective, damaged, or misprinted. Please check sizing and product details carefully before ordering.
If your order arrives with an issue, email us at hello@thesoftreign.com within 14 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

Yes. Every Soft Reign product is created on demand — meaning nothing is made until you place your order. This reduces waste, avoids overproduction, and ensures each piece is crafted intentionally for you. Many of our products are shipped in recyclable or biodegradable packaging, so you can feel good about both the process and the product.
