Processing Times

All orders are processed through our print and production partners. For most items, we use express production to ensure timely delivery.

Processing time: up to 6 business days before dispatch.

Delivery Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are quoted in calendar days (including weekends and holidays). We provide slightly longer ranges to account for courier or customs delays, so that your order usually arrives earlier than expected:

• United Kingdom: 7–12 days from order to delivery.
• United States: 7–21 days from order to delivery.
• Rest of World: 10–25 days depending on location and courier availability.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout for orders under £50 / $60:

• United Kingdom: £4.95 flat rate
• United States: $9.95 flat rate
• Rest of World: £12.95 / $15.95 flat rate

Free worldwide shipping is available on all orders over £50 / $60.

Multiple Shipments

As our products are created individually and shipped from different specialist partners, your order may arrive in separate parcels. This allows us to deliver each item as soon as it is ready, rather than waiting for everything to be completed together.

• Physical Journal: Dispatched via tracked courier for reliable delivery.

Tracking Information

All physical products include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties

International customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Soft Reign is not responsible for delays due to customs.
