At The Soft Reign, every product is made to order, created especially for you once your purchase is placed. Because of this, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or buyerās remorse.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, misprinted, or damaged, we will happily replace it at no additional cost. To help us resolve this quickly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery atĀ hello@thesoftreign.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Photos of the product showing the defect or damage
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or, if a replacement is not possible, issue a refund.
Order Issues
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe or you believe there is an issue, please reach out to us at hello@thesoftreign.comĀ and we will do our best to resolve it.
Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are custom-made and printed on demand, we cannot accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size or product ordered
- General dissatisfaction without a product defect
