Can I change or return my item?
Because our products are custom-made to order, returns and exchanges are limited:
Digital downloads: Non-refundable once purchased, as files are delivered instantly.
Physical items: We only accept returns or replacements if the product is defective, damaged, or misprinted. Please check sizing, product descriptions, and details carefully before placing your order.
If your order arrives with an issue, email us at hello@thesoftreign.com within 14 days of delivery with photos of the problem, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
